Good news peeps! It seems Airtel is finally coming back to their senses. Just got a text from them stating that BIS subscriptions for blackberry devices, initially billed at N1,400 will now be available for N1000 only. And that’s not all, as they’ve also increased the data allows for the Android users.
Normal data or should i say Airtel Android data plan of 2gb for N1,500 will be 3gb still at N1,500 only. Data zapping applies though (LOL).
Don’t know the reason behind the improvement, but you don’t need an economist to tell you that over the past few weeks/months, Airtel has lost a lot of internet data subscribers to MTN and Etisalat due to the different MTN & Eti tweaks and cheats rolling out lately.
How To Subscribe To This Plans?
==>1. For Blackberry phones only load N1,000 and dial *440*1# for 3GB
==>2. For other devices (Android, Nokia, Windows, iPhone & Laptops) load N1,500 and dial *440*16# for 3GB .
Now the question is, will you go for this plans? Blackberry 3gb for 1000 for that doesn’t work on Android. Or stick to Glo bis 3gb for #1000 that actually does?

No its for bb phones only. The second plan of #1500 is what should go for.
